Yes, I'm 50 years old and squarely in the middle of your most-watched age demographic on UA-cam! I think the reason why your channel attracts so many viewers in this age group is because we tend to have the highest purchasing power. The brands you discuss are often high-end rather than everyday street brands, which appeal to our tastes and desires. I discovered your channel a few months ago when I was looking into the history of fashion, particularly the history of brands, which I find very interesting and informative. Your videos are refreshingly simple without the frills and fancy production of others, yet they are packed with good, concise content.

I wish Hedi would renew his Celine contract 😢. I really like how he is very hands on deck. Hedi has a clear vision and aesthetic for Celine. He is also very involved with the brand’s campaigns via styling, photography, and film. If he exits the brand, I might have to just jump for the triomphe box bag right away in either teen or classic medium size before being discontinued. Also maybe a fragrance as well, partially influenced by Mary. 😊

I was literally gutted, because I tried it/LOVED it, but for some reason 20 minutes in it went straight up “old lipstick powdery” on my skin 🙃🫠🫣😫 it’s a ME problem because the same thing happened with Portrait of a Lady and I’m so upset because both of those fragrances are perfection 😍😍😍 I pray they will bring back Black Tie at some point but I’d only want it asap because I couldn’t deal with a reformulation 😅 literally they never ever get better once the original formula is tweaked 🥵

I didn’t want to believe it but I think Mary is right. All things point to Hedi’s exit. Depresses me as a man who buys Celine menswear and a new boutique near me open just yesterday. You may have triggered a fomo buying spree; all these items I love from Hedi’s time at Celine are now subject to being discontinued

He's leaving because Black Pink Lisa left Celine and now is a LV girl

I felt like this was a lazy fragrance from Hedi. Smells like a basic Sephora vanilla fragrance tbh

I went to Celine last week to try out the ZouZou perfume ( I LOVE it - going to pick it up this week) and look at a 16 small in grained leather. Anyway, I asked about Black Tie and my SA said that the fragrance is not in production at the moment because they cannot source a specific component of the fragrance. Once they are able to get it again, then the perfume will be created and sold. So not discontinued...I guess?!? Only time will tell :) Thank you for your video! Love your content!

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

It’s not a niche style it is simply a classic style. Also the Louis Vuitton Speedy didn’t come rushing out of the stable in every colour iteration available. It took decades upon decades to move from just the classic monogram look to every version possible. Same with the Hermés Birkin Bag. Also, some would argue diversifying to satisfy everyone’s colour and taste cheapens and tarnishes the brand. Some brands don’t want over saturated, mass market audience appeal. I hope the Row sticks with it’s understated, classic, cool style with small quirky details/colour unique to them along the way and it will be guaranteed longevity for decades.

I love to see so many people having the same opinion on John Galliano ❤ I believe his work is what we need more in fashion because it has a story. He is one of kind, you can tell what's his work before you even know it was his work. Truly one of kind and I would love him for Chanel but I am afraid that he will get burned out as Chanel is more about profit over anything lately.

My friend sold the amzwatch and it looks like the real thing you showed. It even comes with an authenticity card that matches the serial number of each bag. But her fake was $500.

Recently , I am being searching for those most coveted or the ones are rare to me, Phoebe Philo pieces, so I can see how brands the row and khaite, took so much from Phoebe🤪 the difference between how the Row and Phoebe presented collections at Céline. The row doesn’t do styling. You have to look at those pieces, that look on models, like hangers, and see how they would look on your body., or how you are going to style. Phoebe does and did styling, it’s not just clothes , it’s idea , it’s art that she is selling. Have a blessed day🙏❤️

The bitter nasty thought erupting from my deepest self is… we can’t dress like trash forever. Just most of the clothing designs for at least 20 years have been trashy, with the culmination being the trash bag purse costing thousands. Money should actually buy something worth getting, I think. I’m so hoping this not just a one season flash trend.

What I like about the row is it blurs the line between high fashion and gap/old navy haha. Made in Italy of course!
